Interacts with users to gather business requirements / document business requirements using Rational Tools. UML Diagrams, MS VISIO, MS Project Tools Experience

• Generally requires knowledge obtained through 2 or more years of experience with MIS applications with working knowledge of computer concepts and an understanding of data flow and related information systems.
• Two years experience in supporting the implementation of computer applications
• Broad based understanding of business operations and processes
• Demonstrated customer orientation
• Demonstrated advanced computer skills
• Understanding of reporting tools functionality and capabilities
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
• Good understanding of computer and network operations
