- Recruiter (HR) Phone screening where one of our recruiters calls you for the first step of the process
- Technical Phone screening is more specific to your work profile
- HR Interview on Zoom which gives you more insight on our work culture
- Task Round and a Zoom call to understand the code
- Project Manager / Technical Lead discussion on Zoom
- Interview Feedback (If you attend the task interview) – we appreciate and respect the time that you have invested with DCKAP and would make sure to inform you of our decision within 5 working days
- Hiring Team Discussion
- Offer Indication Email
