eTail West Palm Springs 2020- Our Experience

eTail West has quickly become one of my favorite events for eCommerce. With the event being held in Palm Springs, it is a great location with beautiful weather where you will feel as if you are on vacation. However we were there not for vacation but to meet as many people in the eCommerce world as possible.

eTail did a great job in building up the platform for attendees to meet with one another. The first night started with a cocktail hour where they provided food and drinks. The drinks were very special as one of the booths had women dressed up in German Oktoberfest clothing handing out beer, one station had a lady in a metal dress that held over 50 glasses of champagne, and the last one with acrobatics as they served wine glasses. The food was exceptional as they passed out hors d’oeuvres and had many stations where you can load up your plate.

As we started the first day of the Market Expo, we received lots of people coming into the Startup Pavilion. Although we had lots of swag to give out, such as Rhino plush toys, T-shirts, and stickers, many of the people came up to us regardless as they knew exactly what we had to offer from the event guides. I was quite impressed as most attendees did their research way ahead of time and marked in their calendars which vendors to make a visit to. Thanks eTail West for making this a seamless process for all attendees!

There were many sessions going on at the same time. Unfortunately we only had a team of 2 members attend the event so we always had to be stationed at our booth. Not a bad thing at all as they placed many food/drinks in our room driving more traffic to us.

Overall the event was a success and we look forward to the next eTail Event!
