User groups are an outstanding way to interact within a community and learn. This is our second year in a row attending the P21 Lake Erie User Group meeting. This particular user group meeting was held at Jergens Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. The group is led by Tony Filipovic, President, Brent Covan – Vice President, and Jason Bail – Treasurer. One thing that struck me was the participation of the Prophet 21 user community in the Cleveland area. People traveled from near and far. They were eager to learn from each other.
The meeting started at 8 AM, with a continental breakfast (Sponsored by DCKAP). The user group meeting kicked off with Introductions. It was a close-knit group and great to have a number of connections among the audience in the room. Two sessions were focused on improving profitability via CRM. And, Epicor did a remote session for the users outlining their product roadmap. Post lunch, there was an Interactive session where the different participating companies shared the innovative things they are working on and how they are using the Prophet 21 system, and solving problems with it. Here’s a snapshot of the event highlights
DCKAP hosted a session and I was happy to present on “SEO and 5 Proven tactics for Distributors to increase e-Commerce conversion rate”. If you would like a copy of the presentation, please get in touch with us. The user community was actively engaged and attentive in each of the sessions – asking great questions.
Thank you for inviting us. We enjoy being a part of the Epicor / P21 community!
