Attractive, Vibrant, and Customer-Conscious design

In order to strengthen their online sales channel, AQI was looking forward to create their e-tailing presence using latest offering from BigCommerce.

A mobile-first approach was taken to ensure that the site will be responsive across all devices and screen sizes.

After identifying customer personas and customer journeys, the UI/UX was revamped to provide an overall aesthetically appealing, intuitively designed web presence.

It was an end-to-end eCommerce implementation including BigCommerce customizations and integration with Distribution One ERP system.

BigCommerce – Distribution One ERP Integration ( Phase 2 )

The Distribution One system deals with complete business activities like purchasing, invoicing, supply chain, stock management, inventories etc, whereas the complete eCommerce cycle of the products is managed online through BigCommerce.

The integration of Distribution One  and BigCommerce will:

  • Provide central access to product availability, customer-specific pricing, and product master data
  • Provide integration of self-services, such as sales order review or customer registration, into Distribution One.
  • Inventory will be synced batch wise with Distribution One.

The integration will enable a batch inventory update mechanism for customer registration and order placement from eCommerce to Distribution One and it will also provide batch processing for product updates, order processing from Distribution One to BigCommerce.

ERP

The website was redesigned to better portray their brand keeping in mind their target market. The store was implemented with navigation and checkout process as the highlight areas in terms of User Experience.

BRAND-CONSCIOUS DESIGN

The overall appearance, feel, and structure of the website was developed from scratch to give one-of-a-kind user experience.

RESPONSIVE WEB DESIGN

The UI/UX of the website was designed to give a satisfying experience to users across devices- be it from a Samsung Galaxy S5 to an iPhone 8 Plus or an iMac Pro.

INFORMATIVE CMS PAGES

Custom CMS pages were implemented to uplift their branding, shift the complete focus on more evident and help customers in accessing the searchable knowledge base.

PRODUCT CATEGORY PAGES

Simple, customized solution for listing major products and categories, showing clear information and better navigation.

Simple yet efficient solution to get customers performing valuable store actions and returning more often.
