Vitalibis is a socially conscious wellness brand focused on people, products and the planet. They are a technology-based formulator of premium, full-spectrum, high-quality CBD oils, and infused products. The website is binded with an innovative affiliate model to help ambassadors market and sell products easily online. Products exclusively ship to the USA at this point in time.
Vitalibis partnered with Klizer, Magento Solutions Partner, to implement the online sales channel on Magento Commerce Cloud. Choosing Magento as the ecommerce Suite, enabled Klizer to leverage the headless architecture. In this way, the ecommerce store could be seamlessly setup for effective management by the Vitalibis team with minimal/no developer interference.

The website portrays four element categories – AIR / LAND / WATER / PEOPLE – to ensure they provide a diverse offering of awareness and support. The store was implemented with a look & feel focused on environmental protection and an elevated checkout process, as the highlights in terms of User Experience. The overall appearance, feel, and structure of the website was developed from scratch to give a one-of-a-kind user experience. The UI/UX of the website was designed to give a satisfying experience to users across devices- be it from a Samsung Galaxy S5 to an iPhone 8 Plus or an iMac Pro.
With Refer a Friend, users can refer friends to the website and receive an exclusive discount coupon when the referred make their first purchase on the website.
Order Fulfillment made easy
The website runs on simple and bundled products easily managed by the Magento Admin. Vitalibis products are formulated for safety and peak performance, with health and wellness in mind. Orders placed on the website are directly sent to IDS, a direct-to-consumer order fulfillment service. The order fulfillment services include pick & pack, kitting, and packaging and return processing. The website’s UX was designed such that the user would have a smooth transition from home page – product listing page – product detail page – Cart – Checkout.

Vitalibis is able to instantly update their catalogues with new products, be it a simple or bundled product. To Vitalibis, Magento Commerce Cloud is the backbone of their business strategy.
Affiliate program

The biggest part of the project was developing an affiliate program. Affiliate programs are an effective way to earn commissions by promoting others’ products. Signing up for Vitalibis’ affiliate program creates a personal URL (PURL) that the affiliates can share with their friends and family for purchases. The aim is to provide a user-friendly and seamless experience in terms of B2C sales. Affiliates can view commissions, orders placed via their PURL, payment history, pending payments, and pull reports based on the information they have access to. All this while being eligible for a certain percentage off on purchases made via their account.
