We follow a 6 step process so that we know you are the right fit for us and we are the right fit for you. This is what the process entails:

  1. Recruiter (HR) Phone screening where one of our recruiters calls you for the first step of the process.
  2. Technical Phone screening is more specific to your work profile.
  3. Face to Face screening with the following:
    • Technical Lead
    • Project Manager
    • System Test
    • HR
    • CEO
  1. Interview Feedback (If you attend a face to face interview) – we appreciate and respect the time that you have invested with DCKAP and would make sure to inform you of our decision within 5 working days.
  2. Hiring Team Discussion
  3. Offer Indication Email

I was not hired for a specific job. Will I be considered for other jobs at DCKAP in the future?
