Solution
To help Edelman Home streamline their operations, we took an ERP-first approach.
We set up the core pipelines to cover:
- Inventory updates from Eclipse to Shopify and Amazon, keeping stock accurate across all channels.
- Sales orders flowing from Shopify and Amazon (both Seller Fulfilled and FBA) to Eclipse.
- Order status updates from Shopify and Amazon back to Eclipse, ensuring the ERP reflects the latest order progress.
- Customer-specific pricing synced from Eclipse to both Shopify and Amazon dynamically.
These pipelines were synced in both batches and dynamically, providing a solid foundation for a unified view of orders and inventory.
