Edelman Home was looking to take their operations to the next level. With sales coming in from both Shopify and Amazon, they wanted a clear, 360-degree view of all their orders within a single system without having to jump between platforms every time they needed an inventory update.

Managing Amazon’s Selling Partner (SP) API can be tricky, and doing it correctly requires specialized expertise. They wanted to hand over this complexity to a partner who could handle it seamlessly, ensuring orders, inventory, and customer data were always accurate.

Solution

To help Edelman Home streamline their operations, we took an ERP-first approach.

We set up the core pipelines to cover:

  • Inventory updates from Eclipse to Shopify and Amazon, keeping stock accurate across all channels.
  • Sales orders flowing from Shopify and Amazon (both Seller Fulfilled and FBA) to Eclipse.
  • Order status updates from Shopify and Amazon back to Eclipse, ensuring the ERP reflects the latest order progress.
  • Customer-specific pricing synced from Eclipse to both Shopify and Amazon dynamically.

These pipelines were synced in both batches and dynamically, providing a solid foundation for a unified view of orders and inventory.

Impact

Edelman Home has been very satisfied with the results from the first phase of the integration. The new workflows have made their day-to-day operations smoother, giving them better visibility and control over their sales channels.
