Challenge
The CB Pacific Sales department had the opportunity to upgrade their CRM and Sales operations by acquiring a Salesforce platform in 2021. The DCKAP Team was chosen to integrate their brand new CRM as a working integration partner for the Flow Control Group umbrella of brands.
