Epicor is moving to the cloud. Your integrations aren’t going anywhere.
Jun 30, 2026
Whether you choose to join the cloud or try other options, rest assured
that your integrations with DCKAP will adapt with you.
What’s changing
Epicor has officially announced it will stop releasing updates between 2026 and 2029 for ERPs including Kinetic, Prophet 21, and BisTrack. After that, all new features, AI tools, and improvements will only be available on the Cloud versions.
Key dates to know
Whatever you decide next, your data pipes move with you
You don’t need to figure this out alone, or start from scratch. DCKAP Integrator is built to be flexible, scalable, and connect across any system, old or new. Whether you stay with Epicor Cloud, explore a different ERP, or take a phased approach, your data flows and integrations stay intact — without disruption, or starting over.
With DCKAP EDI, customers looking for their next solution after TPCx will also gain access to robust EDI management features within the same tool as your integrations — ensuring seamless trading partner transactions externally, and automated data sync internally.
Why this matters for your integrations
Your existing connections between systems stay live as you plan your transition. If your path forward means switching platforms or going hybrid, we re-map your
integrations to match your new setup. Our team knows Epicor integrations inside
out and can walk you through your options clearly and honestly.
Let’s talk through your options
We know change isn’t always convenient. But whether that change is as simple as tweaking your data pipes or big changes in your EDI management or ERP, DCKAP is on your side.
