Getting to the Venue

The event is held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, located at 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN 37214. The resort is self-contained, so most sessions, meals, and networking events all take place within the same building.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport, approximately 10-15 minutes by car or rideshare from the venue. Plan to arrive Sunday, May 17 if you want to settle in before the week begins, or a day prior if you are attending any of the extended education sessions for Kinetic, Prophet 21, and Eclipse users.

Sessions On The Agenda

The agenda at Epicor Insights is more varied than a typical conference. Here is a quick overview of what each format offers.

Keynotes: Main stage sessions attended by everyone. Tuesday’s executive keynote sets Epicor’s strategic direction for the year; Wednesday features analyst Gene Marks on mid-market trends followed by a conversation with Nick Saban.

Roadmap sessions: Run as three concurrent “Road Ahead” tracks — one each for Prophet 21, Eclipse, and Kinetic. These are the most direct insight into where each platform is heading and are worth splitting between colleagues if multiple tracks apply to you.

Breakout sessions: Make up the bulk of the agenda, covering product features, AI strategy, cloud migration, supply chain, finance, security, and more. Sessions often run five or six deep at the same time, so it pays to review the agenda in advance and mark your priorities.

Labs: Hands-on sessions where you work directly in the software with an instructor. Some labs require advance sign-up, so check for RSVP requirements on the agenda.

Workshops Structured, interactive sessions focused on a specific tool or use case — more exploratory than a lab, less passive than a standard breakout.

Demos : Live product walkthroughs led by Epicor or partner teams, useful for evaluating new features without needing to configure anything yourself.

Customer-led sessions: Presented entirely by Epicor customers sharing real implementations, lessons learned, and practical platform usage. These tend to be among the most candid and useful sessions at the event.

Roundtables: Small-group discussions facilitated by Epicor or partners, designed for open exchange rather than presentation. Good for building peer relationships.

Birds of a Feather: Informal peer gatherings with no fixed agenda — the conversation goes where attendees take it. They attract experienced users and often surface insights that do not appear in formal content.

User group meetings: Bring together the P21WWUG, Eclipse Users Group, and Epicor Users Group for in-person community sessions. Worth attending if you are already a member or considering joining.

A Few Practical Notes

1. Bring a portable phone charger. Long days on your feet, scanning badges, and navigating a large resort will drain your battery faster than expected.

2. Download the Epicor Insights event app before you arrive. It offers unique features to help you make the most of the conference.

3. Block time each evening to review your notes. The pace of a multi-day conference means that insights from Tuesday morning can feel distant by Thursday afternoon. Even 20 minutes at the end of each day to capture what stood out makes a meaningful difference.

4. If you are attending Lab sessions, or Extended Education sessions on Sunday or Monday, bring your own laptop. Devices are not provided and the sessions require one. Note also that Extended Education courses are fee-based and must be registered and paid for separately.

5. The resort is large. Build a few extra minutes into your plans when moving between sessions, especially if you are coming from a meal event or the Pavilion.

See you there!
