Big Little Breaks

At DCKAP, we are all about experiments, and this year we are experimenting with our holiday and paid time off schedules. The Big Little Breaks is all about giving our employees time to recreate and recoup periodically.

Long Weekend (Once a Month)

This year, the second Friday of every month will be a holiday. These scheduled extended weekends also allow us to experiment with the 4 Day work week (once a month) model and understand how they work out for the DCKAP Community.

Three Flexible Holidays (For India)

The DCKAP holiday calendar usually includes 10 pan organization holidays including national holidays and festivals. This year, we’re giving our employees 7 holidays that are fixed, and 3 they can pick and choose from a pool of possible holidays.
