Meet DCKAP At Booth #4

For businesses looking for expert integrations for Epicor Eclipse and any other system(s), head on over to Booth #4 to talk to our team in person. Learn more about DCKAP’s ERP-First integration approach, its robust managed platform packed with integration and EDI management features: all designed for distributors and manufacturers specifically.

Getting To The Venue

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) sits roughly 14 to 15 miles from the hotel.

Rideshare and taxi service are also available curbside at SEA-TAC, and those typically take 25 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. If you’re driving in, expect some downtown congestion, since the hotel sits close to the Washington State Convention Center.

Another option is the Sound Transit’s 1 Line light rail, which runs directly from the airport to Westlake Station in about 35 to 40 minutes for just a few dollars, and the Hyatt Regency is a short walk from there.

What To Wear

Business casual fits the tone of sessions and the exhibit hall, so slacks paired with a collared shirt or blouse will serve you well. Seattle in mid-September tends to run mild, with daytime highs in the upper 60s to low 70s Fahrenheit and evenings cooling into the 50s, so a light jacket or sweater is worth having on hand once the sun goes down.

September is one of Seattle’s drier months, but a stray shower is still possible, so a compact umbrella or light rain jacket is a smart addition to your bag. Comfortable shoes matter too, since you’ll be moving between sessions, the exhibit hall, and evening events across the three days.

Good To Know

Encounter draws Eclipse users alongside partners and vendors from across the distribution and supply chain space, so expect a packed agenda of educational sessions, an active exhibit hall, and plenty of built-in time to connect with other Eclipse customers and solution providers. The detailed session schedule is typically published closer to the event through the Eclipse Users Group’s member portal, so that’s the best place to check once it goes live.

Bring plenty of business cards, since the exhibit hall and networking time are a big part of how this conference works. A portable charger is worth packing too, given how long conference days tend to run between sessions and evening events.

If this is your first Encounter, it’s worth reaching out to the Eclipse Users Group ahead of time with any questions, since finer logistical details like registration cost and the full schedule tend to come through member communications rather than public channels.

See You There!
