As we enter the New Year, we would like to take a moment to say “Thank You” to our customers, partners, our community, ecosystem and more importantly our team. In many ways, 2021 has been an extension of the year 2020.
A product is only as good as the team working on it. The customer feedback we get on our products, such as DCKAP Integrator (Integration Platform) and QA Touch (Test Management Platform), is very motivating. DCKAP Integrator saves hundreds of hours of manual work for our customers by creating seamless integrations and low effort experiences. QA Touch is used by customers in over 130 countries. We are excited about the community we are building for QA Touch and how it simplifies testing and automates manual processes.
We used to have different product sites for each of our product lines. However, as of November 2021 they have all been moved under the DCKAP brand (DCKAP Integrator, DCKAP PIM). This makes it easy for customers to navigate and provides a seamless experience. QA Touch remains on QATouch.

We continue to run experiments and oftentimes fail. 2021 was no different. However, one cool thing about these failures is that we also have some big winners. Our Headless Commerce experiment (which we have been on for two years or so) is one such jewel we are excited about. We are experimenting with B2B (which is a big pain point we are seeing in the market and there is no clear leader). We are also experimenting with HRMS (Human Resource Management platforms) especially with the new norms of working.
E-Summits & Events
Travel and experiences are an integral part of our culture. However, this year we could not host our own events physically. We decided to stick to the virtual version of our summit for safety reasons. We hosted our eSummit in March and November of this year. We also started attending events starting in August of 2021. The P21 WorldWide User Group was the first physical event we attended this year in August, followed by the PACK Expo and ISSA Show.
Though we were hoping to open our offices soon, we started adjusting further to the new normal of remote work. We accelerated our hiring and did not restrict to any specific location. In November of this year, we announced that our teams will be 100% remote and will not be opening our offices. You can learn more about our reasoning here.
We are excited about what’s in store for 2022 and beyond. We are launching a headless store front (which decouples the front-end from the back-end) and we expect our early customers to go live in the 1st quarter of 2022. You can learn more about what we are launching here. This will be a game changer. You can also expect more announcements on our B2B initiatives by June 2022.
We continue to expand our teams globally, and we are also making domestic investments in terms of hiring. We have a unique opportunity ahead of us, which is exciting for our team as they get to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds and from different locations.
