ABOUT THE EVENT

We’ve been proud to have been associated with the Prophet 21 World Wide User Group for over six years now. Distributors have always been our main focus and we have seen the community flourish in these years. We have also seen our fair share of growth and learning, a lot of which would not have been the same without the support of the P21 Community.

So it was only natural that we offered our thanks to this community and the distribution community at large. Round-Up 2023 was an evening unlike any other: where we raised a glass to these communities and the people who continue to inspire us to do better.

Lisa Pope

President & Board Member, Epicor

Lisa Pope is a dynamic leader and go-to market executive that develops high performing sales teams that drive significant value and growth. She is passionate about her client’s long-term success which leads to delighted customers and repeat business. Lisa is an inspirational leader who creates a collaborative working environment where individuals thrive and succeed, with a demonstrated track record of mentoring key leadership roles as well as young business graduates. In addition, Lisa brings
specialized acquisition, private-equity, and global experience to transform companies to reach the next level. She is well respected by her peers and the industry.

Currently, as President at Epicor, a One Billion Enterprise Software player in the manufacturing, distribution and retail markets, Lisa is responsible for the entire Go-To-Market from “Brand and Demand, to Land and Expand”. She is a significant force in driving the company’s overall transition from license to Software as a Service. In addition to P&L responsibility, Lisa is a key member of the Executive Leadership team, instrumental in key acquisitions and in the strategic sale of Epicor to Clayton, Dubilier and Rice in October of 2020. Prior to Epicor, Lisa held strategic leadership roles at Infor, QAD and Oracle, driving growth and the shift to SAAS.

Lisa’s professional accomplishments include 2022 Gold “Women of the Year” Stevie Award, 2020 “Women of the Year in Sales”-Stevie Award, 50 most Powerful Women in Technology and prior year’s “Channel Chief from CRN the Channel Co. Lisa is an active speaker on a variety of sales and leadership topics including recent interviews and podcasts with Nasdaq, Enterprise Times and the Institute for Excellence in Sales.

Lisa and her husband enjoy time at their lake house and hitting the slopes along with their four grown boys, two daughter-in laws, and one grandson. Lisa is also an avid sports fan and is known for her motivational Sales Kickoff stunts, including sky-diving and race car driving!

Jenny Sagan

Office Manager at Koehler Rubber & Supply

Jenny Sagan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Office Manager at Koehler Rubber & Supply Co. She has been instrumental in managing various roles, including accounts payable and receivable, and P21 System administration.

Jenny's previous roles include CFO and Vice President at Jasco Services Inc., where she oversaw various financial aspects and managed company budgets. In addition, she gained valuable experience as a Product Manager Assistant at TTI Inc., where she supported product managers in quoting, internal/external pricing, and supplier reviews. Jenny brings a diverse skill set and a strong track record of success to the table.

Rajiv Rai SRS

Rajeev Rai joined the SRS family in 2020 as the Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer with over 27+ years’ experience in technology with a track record of delivering cutting edge customer experiences, business value, growth and results with a unique blend of business acumen, building high performing teams, visionary architectures and solutions for several of the world’s top brands Wynn Resorts, Neiman Marcus Group, Best Buy, Accenture and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Rajeev is his current role is responsible for defining and delivering Digital, Data and Innovation strategy to support the exponential growth of SRS & Heritage. He is focused on building out a high performing technology team and leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data to drive efficiencies & growth across Building Products, Landscaping and Pool business Unit.

Prior to joining SRS Rajeev was CIO of Wynn Resorts where he transformed IT to Strategic IT organization with a charter to drive personalized & individualized guest experiences powered by data driven digital capabilities and innovation. He served as CTO of Neiman Marcus where he led the transformation to a Seamless Retail Organization, unify the divide between digital and stores to deliver the next generation of Customer Experiences across all touch points digital, mobile, phone and stores.

Daniel Joseph

Daniel Joseph has over 18 years of experience serving as the Executive owner, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer at Spruce Industries, a leading distributor of janitorial and sanitary products. In his role, he has been instrumental and offers intelligence, passion, and pragmatism to organizations with whom he works.

Daniel's expertise in the cleaning industry is further highlighted by his three-year tenure as a Member of the Board of Directors at ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. Prior to his current position, he gained valuable experience as an Associate at J.P. Morgan. With a proven track record in the industry, Daniel Josephs continues to drive innovation and excellence in his field.

Mohammed Anees

Product Manager at DCKAP

Anees is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in eCommerce, having successfully managed diverse clients worldwide. As a dedicated Product Manager at DCKAP, Anees excels in formulating strategic product development plans that align with business objectives.

He often meets clients and works closely with different business heads to understand the challenges and to provide the right solutions. Business heads highly regard Anees for his astute perception and consistent delivery of high-quality work. Anees has expertise in bridging the gap between Business needs and Technical Solutions.

Aaron Pallares

Customer Success Manager at DCKAP

Aaron Pallares is a Solution Consultant and an Account Manager at DCKAP. A Certified ScrumMaster and an expert on the DCKAP Integrator, he enjoys providing clients with in-depth analysis of digital architecture. He always looks into previously held, existing, and new digital best practices. He delights in better understanding the psychology of digital architecture, its interactions with businesses, and forward trends. He is a self-proclaimed, “forever student” of digital practices. When he is not working, he watches a movie or reads books about human interactions and the tech world.

Carrington Brown

Scrum Master/PM at DCKAP

Carrington Brown is a Scrum Master/PM with DCKAP. Carrington pairs his background in clinical psychology, speaking and coaching to inspire his team to progress the quality of product that is being presented to the client and inspire them to go above and beyond in their personal and professional life. Carrington is a Dallas, Texas native where he lives with his wife of 9 years and his two beautiful children.

Mohan Natarajan

Services Practice Leader at Klizer

As the Services Practice Leader at Klizer, Mohan manages the overall client relationship and associated client delivery operations to attain revenue goals through account farming, responsibility for revenue assurance and sales targets, financial forecasting, and invoicing.

He routinely meets with managers and client leadership across multiple sites to review the performance of an existing business and/or new business propositions. Mohan works strategically to improve processes and performance that enhance bottom-line results, and ensure everyone in the team is successful.

Bhavani, a Product Manager at DCKAP with 20+ years of experience. A Certified Scrum Product Owner, a Certified Digital Product Manager, and a Certified Test Manager. I am passionate about testing and product management. Passionate for testing, reading, blogging, and cooking. Happy to contribute back to the testing/product community.

Catherine Sulskis

Partner Manager at DCKAP

Catherine works with the marketing team as the Partner Manager, bridging connections, finding ways to co-brand and co-market our solutions, and building lasting relationships with our partners. She works to ensure that our partnerships add value to the community and to expand the partner ecosystem. With an educational background in creative writing and sociology, and having worked in the tech industry for over a decade, she has a special affinity for the power of storytelling and the future of technology.

Karthik Chidambaram

Founder & CEO at DCKAP

Karthik Chidambaram bootstrapped the company from his small apartment in Chicago, Illinois. DCKAP was started with 2 people, 2 computers and 2 desks and is now a global team with headquarters in the Greater Austin area.

He reckons industry setbacks and renders solid & practical solutions to organizations. Karthik holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
