It’s been over two years since the last Prophet 21 World Wide User Group (P21WWUG) Connect Conference back in 2019 at the Sheraton in New Orleans, LA. It was a fun-filled event that we missed last year. We are happy to see that the P21 Connect 2021 conference will be resuming in Atlanta, Georgia at the Hyatt Regency on Peachtree Street in August. It is very special for us, as it’s our fifth year at the P21 Connect event.
The conference will be action-packed. This event has been particularly helpful for P21 customers, distributors, and vendors looking to network with potential clients and experts in the industry, to learn from each other and discover upcoming trends. The best part of the event is that it’s packed with learning sessions predominantly by P21 users and industry experts sharing experiences that can benefit the P21 community. You can also look forward to major release updates and the product roadmap from Epicor.
Below is everything you can expect & plan for leading up to the event.
What to Expect at P21WWUG Connect 2021 in Atlanta
Day One (Sunday, August 15, 2021)DCKAP will be hosting a client appreciation lunch before the event begins. This will be for all our existing P21 clients who use our services, along with new companies who would like to learn more about what we do. If you and your team are interested in joining us for this special lunch, please send an email to email@example.com to reserve your spot.
The registration for Connect is open from 12:30 pm until 6:30 pm EST.
If you are a first-time attendee, we would encourage you to join the Networking Room from 3:30 pm – 4:25 pm EST. This would be a great opportunity to meet other new members within the P21 World Wide Users Group. If you’ve been attending for years, you can wait for the Update Meeting, which will be held from 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm EST.
Additionally, from 5:15 pm – 6:30 pm EST there will be updates from Epicor on the P21 roadmap. Please note, this is open only for P21WWUG members. There will be a Cocktail Reception located in Ballroom II-IV from 6:30pm – 8:30 pm EST to close off day one. Come hungry and thirsty, as hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served. This will probably be the busiest time of the event, so be ready to network with as many people as possible and get to know the community. DCKAP is a Gold Sponsor of the event and we will be stationed at Booth #24, so be sure to stop by and receive some free swag items like a rhino plush toy, stickers, and a chance to win gift cards by sharing our rhino facts!
This year, we will be showcasing our top products. The first product is called Cloras which is the hub to connect your eCommerce, ERP, and CRM applications instantaneously and efficiently, eliminating the hassle of back-and-forth manual efforts, so your eCommerce team will have access to critical data to enrich the customer experience. The second product is flexiPIM which stands for Product Information Management (PIM). It acts as the centralized data storage for all the content and information related to the products a company deals with. PIM helps companies manage their products seamlessly and saves a significant amount of time by allowing real-time collaboration and information sharing, thereby ensuring a smooth digital commerce experience.

Day Two (Monday, August 16, 2021)Day two will start with a sumptuous continental breakfast from 6:30am to 8:00am EST. There will be 9 breakout rooms running in parallel, with 60 and 90-minute break-out sessions in each followed by a 10-minute break to re-energize yourself for the next session.
When you are not taking any sessions and during breaks, you could visit the booth of sponsors. You could also expect some fun games/goodies as part of some of these booths. And don’t forget to visit us at Booth #24. We would love to have a casual chit-chat with you, understand your business, and talk about how we can help you with your digital transformation goals. Along with handing out our mascot-inspired swag, we’re also hosting a fun and educational booth event to help #savetherhino, where you can share random rhino facts and tag us on social media to win a gift card. So, make sure to join us there!
From 4:40pm – 5:30pm EST, regional networking will be followed by an offsite networking event at the Georgia Aquarium from 6:00pm to 10:00pm EST. It should be a lot of fun to explore the various aquatic species. It would be a great opportunity to network with drinks and snacks floating around. This also takes us back to the nostalgic memories of the offsite tours like the Smithsonian National Museum (Washington D.C.) & Mardi Gras World (New Orleans), as part of the previous P21 Connect events.

Day Three (Tuesday, August 17, 2021)Day Three will start with breakfast from 7:00 am – 8:30 am EST, followed by the session from DCKAP on “eCommerce, Smart Integrations & PIM: A Complete Solution for P21”. It will be a highly informative session on understanding the need for integration and why having a PIM is very important for your business. This session will feature one of our P21 customers, Rodrigo Neves – Director of IT, Midland Scientific who will be joining to share his “real world” P21 learnings from their digital transformation journey along with our CEO & Founder, Karthik Chidambaram.
All of the breakout sessions will be ending by 4:00 pm EST. After this, the sponsors will start tearing down the booths.
