Idelco

Challenge

Flow Control Group was looking to upgrade from a legacy integration solution to a modern one that could successfully ensure flow of data between Insight2Profit and their Epicor Prophet 21.

  • Automated flow of customer quote requests helped Indelco smoothen back-end operations with various integrated customization features. These include alerting internal team members on low stock levels, displaying accurate customer-specific information such as their contract prices.
  • The integration allows the Indelco Team to continue to use the P21 ERP effectively as their single source of truth to engage with their customers order requests.
  • With the Integrator managing the accurate and frequent updates of all the customer requests managed within the ERP into the I2P application, customers are able to view the updates without delay onsite.

CB Pacific

Challenge

The CB Pacific Sales department had the opportunity to upgrade their CRM and Sales operations by acquiring a Salesforce platform in 2021. The DCKAP Team was chosen to integrate their brand new CRM as a working integration partner for the Flow Control Group umbrella of brands.
