P21WWUG CONNECT 2023
Once again, the Prophet 21 WorldWide User Group is hosting their annual event for members and vendors. This year, starting on August 20th and running until August 22nd, P21WWUG Connect 2023 will take place in Dallas, Texas at the Sheraton hotel.
In an ever-changing and fast growing environment like distribution, with so much information to parse through and with various issues to find solutions for, having a dedicated resource such as the P21WWUG Connect event is invaluable.

This conference provides a great opportunity to hear from distributors, learn from top notch solution providers, and to network with other P21 companies, with the opportunity to attend classes taught by Epicor, by fellow members, third-party solution providers, and guest speakers. You can share your pain points, your questions and ideas, your products or services, and learn more about the latest trends and the best paths to take, whether for right now or for the future.
This event offers P21WWUG members from all across the globe a world class venue in which to come together and connect, to learn about current affairs and the latest in technology, to socialize with peers and make meaningful connections with each other.
At DCKAP, we’ve been attending the P21WWUG Connect annual event for the past six years, and we’re proud to have grown so much in this community over that time. Being welcomed with open arms from the beginning, we’ve been able to share our knowledge across eCommerce, in digital transformation, integration, and create lasting relationships with attendees and other vendors alike.
What Can You Expect?
The P21WWUG conference includes an impressive lineup of expert educational sessions provided by group members and sponsor vendors, informative roundtable discussions, as well as exhibits and presentations on relevant topics and trends.
It’s always best to be prepared beforehand to make the most of your time. With a packed agenda starting on Sunday and running through the next two days, including specific networking sessions for all levels of expertise, and various spaces to meet up and mingle with everyone there, take advantage of the opportunity to connect with those you may already know and the like minded individuals you have yet to meet.
The first day of the conference will have many opportunities to socialize and learn more about the conference itself, with the roadmap for Epicor and learning more about what’s ahead, and with registration open throughout the day in the Grand Hall. Then, day one will end with the Welcome Cocktail Reception so you can mingle alongside your peers with a few refreshments and entertainment.
The rest of the conference will feature many different educational sessions from fellow members, vendors and top experts in the industry, such as the informative session hosted by fellow sponsor and our partner, EstesGroup, “Maximizing the System Performance of your P21 Ecosystem.” Sessions like these showcase the power of Epicor Prophet 21, as well as the best tools and resources to enhance your experience, and the many ways in which technology can help boost your business.
